Tavira’s Strategic Plan for Culture

As part of the Tavira 2030 Culture Strategy, OPIUM coordinated the development of the Strategic Plan for Culture in Tavira, which included a diagnosis, strategy design, action plan and implementation model. This work was supported by a process of consultation and participation, with a view to reaching a consensus on strategy and action, which involved the agents and entities of the municipality’s cultural sector.

The process also enabled the consolidation of an integrated municipal cultural policy, with a view to positioning Tavira at regional, national and cross-border level, both in terms of its cultural programming and the enhancement of its heritage and the qualification of its artistic production.
