Intermunicipal Heritage Network Viseu Dão Lafões

Opium developed a creation program for Intermunicipal Heritage Network in the Viseu Dão Lafões Region.

This program included the itinerary publishing – Viseu Dão Lafões Heritage Network – and its activation by press promotional actions.

Additionally, it was implemented a capacity-building program aimed at municipal technicians in the areas of communication and structuring cultural tourism products. This program provided the development of action strategies and standardization of working methodologies.

As a result of this process, the “Toolkit – Hospitality and Tourism Structure” was published – a best practices guide for promoting and showcasing Viseu Dão Lafões heritage resources, with practical applicability for all structures in direct contact with tourists and visitors.
