Educational and Mediation Service

Conception and support for the implementation of the Educational and Mediation Service of the Cultural Centre of Ílhavo, involving support for its strategic definition, monitoring of its implementation, training of dedicated human resources, and evaluation of the process. The main motivation behind this project was to allow the development of work to qualify and retain audiences through a programming based on criteria of diversity, regularity, demand, and artistic quality.
